These terms are between the merchant or user accessing the service and Wuhan Cat Box E-Commerce Co., Ltd.
1. Private-beta service
Access is provided only after approval and may be limited, modified, suspended, or discontinued. Features, allowances, support, and commercial terms may be set out in Shopify billing, a written quotation, or another written agreement.
When offered, the free trial includes one non-resetting allowance of 25 verified draft orders and does not require a credit card.
2. Merchant responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing proposed order data, maintaining authorized Shopify access, confirming consequential actions, complying with applicable laws, and ensuring that use of the service is appropriate for your business.
3. Account and access security
You must protect account access, grant roles only to appropriate personnel, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. You may not attempt to access another merchant's data or service environment.
4. Acceptable use
You may not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, submit unlawful or harmful content, misuse another merchant's data, or use the service to create fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
5. AI-assisted output
AI-assisted matching and interpretation can be incomplete or incorrect. The service is designed to support human review and is not a substitute for merchant judgment. You must review outputs before authorizing consequential actions.
6. Fees and billing
This website does not collect payment directly. Paid services, when available, are billed by written quotation or Shopify Billing when configured. Applicable fees and renewal terms are presented before a paid arrangement begins.
7. Intellectual property
The service, website, and related materials are owned by Wuhan Cat Box E-Commerce Co., Ltd. or its licensors. Merchants retain their rights in the business data and content they provide.
8. Service limitations
Beta functionality may experience interruptions or changes. To the extent permitted by law, liability and warranty obligations are governed by the applicable written commercial arrangement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for security risk, unlawful use, material breach, nonpayment, or protection of merchants and the service. On termination, applicable data is handled according to the Privacy Policy and legal retention requirements.
